
YinYang Yoga encourages muscles to realise when contraction and
restriction happen. We use mindfulness and body awareness to identify Yang tissue
also known as our muscles. We exercise and stretch certain areas of the body to
release tension. This creates space for deep stretching and opens the joints,
tendons, fascial tissue and organs, allowing energy to move (Yang) and aid
relaxation (Yin).
All yoga classes include off-mat practises, philosophy, mindfulness and meditation.
Occasionally we use free movement, dance, reiki healing and chanting.
