The Hiring of the Village Hall
The Repps with Bastwick Village Hall is available for hire, whether you need it hourly or for an entire evening. Are you commemorating a special anniversary? Consider hosting your event at the hall. It features a fully equipped kitchen to accommodate all your requirements.
To rent the hall, it is essential that you register as a client first. To begin this process, please navigate to the menu and select “Client Registration.” You will be presented with a registration form that must be completed in its entirety; all fields are mandatory, so be sure to provide the necessary information.
Once you have filled out and submitted the form, your application will be reviewed for approval. You can expect to receive an email notification regarding the status of your application, which will inform you whether you have been approved or if further information is required.
Upon approval, you will gain access to our online booking system using the login credentials you provided during the registration process. The system will enable you to check availability and book the hall as per your requirements.
General bookings are available in 1/2-hour intervals, with a minimum booking duration of two hours The rental cost is £10.00 per hour. Additionally, a small administration fee will be applied for processing payments through PayPal. Ensure that you consider these details when planning your event to facilitate a smooth booking experience.
For Wedding Receptions, a period of 12 hours is offered for a fee of £500, which includes an attended bar. A pre-period of 3.5 hours is allowed for set-up. This means that no other bookings are available on that day.
For Funeral Receptions, a period of 12 hours is offered for a fee of £150. A pre-period of 3.5 hours is allowed for set-up. This means that no other bookings are available on that day.
For Social Party bookings, a period of 5 hours is offered for a fee of £200, which includes an attended bar. The 5 hours include set-up and clear-up.
Booking payments are made via PayPal and can be processed using your PayPal account. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” when the PayPal screen appears.
No alcoholic drinks that are not purchased at the bar may be consumed on the premises.
Reservations cannot be made less than 24 hours before the start time.
